    Description

    Nice set of pads.  No rips or tears.  The pad fits around your existing racks and attaches by wrapping the straps around the bar and bringing it through the loop.  The strap is then used with the buckle to attach your boards.  The shop unfortunately closed in 2012.  The shop was named after the owners Cocker Spaniel which you can see surfing in Bruce Brown's The Endless Summer II.  Comes from a smoke free home.
